Marco Battaglia

Internship in wildlife and travel photography
I really didn't know what to expect by such an incredible program presentation. When I first arrived at the house I had a warm welcoming by group and staff, the place was so beautifully immersed in the nature of this little and quite town. The program was absolutely outstanding. I really loved the thing that you are able to live the real African lifestyle since you're not living in a hotel. You get to experience the real culture of this vibrant country! Regarding the photography training, they have been teaching me all the necessary skills to start a potential career: from the theoretical lectures to the practical trips exploring breathtaking locations. The photography instructor has been an ever present person through the whole month, always ready to help you telling you what's best to do and how to shoot that specific situation. Photographing flying birds and jumping monkeys isn't really an easy task to achieve, but those places really offer you a lot of possibilities to go back home with a full portfolio and a heart full of unforgettable memories! Despite the photography purpose, this is a life changing experience, so I highly recommend everyone to try it, once in life. To see wild animals in your hometown zoo is one thing, but to touch and stand in front of them in their natural habitat is a whole another world!
